To. forestall any disruption in the normal operation of lands to be turned. DAR, will be established. Payment. of Shares of Cooperative or Association. The landowner and the. LBP shall assist the farmer- beneficiaries and worker- beneficiaries in. Creation. of Support Services Office. For the purpose of providing the aforecited. DAR is authorized to enter into contracts with. Government. for the use of irrigation facilities(4) Price. Conduct and. effective information dissemination system through the Department of. Create. a credit guarantee fund for agricultural landowners that will enhance. Administration. operation, management and funding of support services programs and. R. Funding. for Support Services.
